Bio

Born on June 10, 1987, Timini Egbuson first rose to fame in the Nigerian movie industry, otherwise known as Nollywood. He started his career as an actor and has since established himself as one of the most famous and successful actors in Nigeria.

In 2010, he made his debut on M-Net’s Tinsel, but it wasn’t until his amazing performance as Tobi in the popular MTV series Shuga that he made a name for himself as an actor.

Timini began his career as an actor in 2010 when he made his debut in the popular TV series Tinsel. But it wasn’t until 2013 that he made his big break in the acting world when he bagged the lead in the popular MTV series Shuga, which focused on HIV awareness.

The success of Shuga brought him to the world’s attention and opened up many doors for him to pursue and excel in his career as an actor.

Egbuson’s acting skills have been used in many movies and TV shows. He has acted as a romantic lead in movies like fifty and Elevator Baby. He has also acted in intense dramatic films like Soldier’s story and The Missing Piece. He also tried his hand at comedy with Manhunting with Mum.

He has won several awards and accolades for his outstanding work. In 2020 he won the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Award for his performance in the drama film ‘Elevator Baby’. He has also been nominated for several other awards, including ‘Best of Nollywood Awards’ and ‘Africa Movie Academy Awards.

He won the AMVCA Award for Best Drama Actor in 2020 for his performance in the film Elevator Baby. He also received the Future Awards Africa’s Prize For Acting Award in 2019.
