Details of the University of Warwick Global Excellence Scholarship 2024 :
With the Warwick University Scholarships, you are invited to be part of the knowledge revolution that will transform the world and your future career prospects.
In 2023, Warwick awarded a total of just under £1.5m worth of scholarships to students from over 40 nationalities around the world. This equated to 20 full-fees, 160 semi-fees and 70 prizes of £2,000 or more.
In 2024, the total funding for the scheme will be the same as in 2023. However, the distribution of funding in 2024 is currently being considered. Further details will be available at the end of December 2023.
Eligibility Requirements for the University of Warwick Global Excellence Scholarship 2024 :
In order to apply for the scholarship, you will need to:
- Be self-funded*
- Be classed as an ‘overseas’ or ‘international-fee paying’ student for tuition fee purposes
- Have applied for a full-time undergraduate course at the University of Warwick starting in Autumn 2024 before the UCAS application deadline of 31 January 2024.
- Submit a scholarship application before 12:00pm on Wednesday, 20 March 2024 BST
- By 16 May 2024, you must be in receipt of an offer of a place to study at Warwick starting September 2024

- Eligible applicants from all over the world will receive an email with information on how to apply for the scholarship.
- Please note: In order to apply for the scholarship you must first set up an IT account which can take up to 48 hours to verify. Once this is done, many of the application fields will be completed for you and any areas that need supporting information or statements from you will be clearly indicated on the application form.
- Applicants will be required to answer the question “What makes you excellent?”
- The aim is to discover more about your motivations, how your excellence can make a difference to the Warwick community, and how you believe your time and learning at Warwick will help make the world a better place after you leave.
- Responses can include information about your academic performance, any extracurricular activities you have excelled in, and your personal accomplishments, but they can’t be a carbon copy of your personal statement. You can write in an essay or in an extended bullet point form, but please don’t write a list. Context and relevance to the above-mentioned objectives must be included. Responses must be 400 words or less.
