RSUST Cut Off Mark – The Rivers State University of Science and Technology [RSUST] 2024/2025 Cut Off Mark has been released. The cut off mark indicates the minimum score candidates need to achieve in order to qualify for the screening exercise. Adhering to the cut off mark indicates that you are qualified for the screening exercise, but it does not mean that you will be accepted by the institution.
RSUST receives a large number of applications every year and a lot of criteria are used to choose the best candidates. The cut off mark is one of the criteria used by RSUST. The other criteria are as mentioned in the post UTME/DE registration article.
The cut off mark for JAMB is only applicable to candidates who declared RSUST as their first choice when applying for admission to JAMB and candidates who fail to do so will not be eligible to apply for JAMB.
RSUST 2024/2024 Cut Off Mark[JAMB/Departmental]
Before we discuss the JAMB Cut off mark for 2024/2025, let’s know what the minimum cut off mark is as announced by the JAMB. The minimum JAMB cut off mark is 140 while the minimum Rivers State University of Science and Technology cut off mark is 190.
The departmental mark for general courses is 190, but candidates who have opted for competitive courses such as law, medicine & surgery, nursing, etc., are encouraged to score a very high mark to increase their chances of admission as we have found that candidates who apply for competitive courses tend to score very well.
In order to be eligible, candidates had to make RSUST their top priority, so if you haven’t done so yet, make sure you get a JAMB change of course form from JAMB portal right away.
