JOB DESCRIPTION FOR DESIGN ARCHITECT
- Building designs and detailed drawings can be created manually or with the help of computer-aided design (CAD).
- Developing initial design concepts, colour palettes and concepts for interiors based on client needs and space availability..
- Create Design Rendering and Animation for Interior Projects.
- Site visits to assess the available space, the design requirements and the use of the space.
- Meeting to discuss design requirements and preferences for interior styles and colours.
- Collaborating with construction experts on project feasibility.
- In close collaboration with other experts such as Building Service Engineers, Construction Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Architects.
- Monitoring the procurement of all finishing products and components needed to finish all interior jobs.
- Managing on-location interior finishing services.
- For interior spaces of projects. Preparation of all specification documents.
- Adapting plans to changing conditions and addressing issues during construction.
- Completing the project on time and on budget.
- Managing constraints, including town planning regulations, environmental impact, and project budget.
- Reporting and Submission of Reports, Proposals and Applications when required.
Job Requirements
- At least a bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design or similar.
- Minimum 3 years’ Design Architecture experience.
- Excellent Interior planning, rendering and Animation skills
- Excellent supervision and implementation skills.
