The Benue State University, Makurdi (BSUM) administration has announced the cut-off score for the admissions process for the 2023–2024 academic year.
Your UTME mark must be exact or higher than the BSUM cut-off level for admission to be given consideration. You might not be given admission if your UTME score falls below the established cut-off mark.
State-owned Benue State University is located in Makurdi, Benue State, Nigeria. With the passage of the Benue State University Edict No. 1 in 1991, the Benue State Government founded Benue State University. In the academic year 1992–1993, the university began to grow.
Cut-Off Mark for BSUM
The cut-off mark for the admissions process for the 2023/2024 academic session has been issued by the administration of Benue State University, Makurdi (BSUM).
The required cut-off score for potential BSUM students is 150.
For programs other than medicine and surgery, law, nursing, radiography and radiation science, and the Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (200 and above) in the UTME, candidates had to have at least 150 marks.
NOTE: All applicants to the Faculty of Arts, Social Sciences, or Education who applied for Law but received a score between 150 and 199 may be given consideration for admission to any other programs. Additionally, applicants to the College of Health Sciences’ Medicine & Surgery, Nursing Science, B.Sc. Radiography and Radiation Science, and Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) programs.Additionally, applicants who applied to the College of Health Sciences’ programs in Medicine & Surgery, Nursing Science, B.Sc. Radiography and Radiation Science, and Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) but received scores between 150 and 199 will be given consideration for any of the programs in Anatomy, Physiology, and Other Adjacent Sciences.
